Chloe "CJ" Jones
Chloe (CJ) Jones graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in African and African American Studies. Her thesis "Remembering the Mother, Dismembering the Daughter: Matrilineal Inheritance of Memory and Sexual Trauma in Afro-Caribbean Women's Stories" analyzed the function of genital mutilation and sexual traumas as a means of rehabilitating family memories of colonial trauma within contemporary Caribbean literature.
CJ’s current research interests include theories of black political membership in the Americas during the twentieth century.
